Omaha-based building services company celebrates a decade of growth, more than 115 employees and an expanding portfolio of commercial and government contracts

Founded by Ramiro Gaitan in 2016, RTG today employs more than 115 trained professionals and maintains millions of square feet of facilities throughout the Omaha metro and beyond.

Gaitan, a Hispanic American entrepreneur with nearly a decade of industry experience before starting RTG, built the company with a focus on quality service, accountability and long-term customer relationships.

RTG has built a steady record with the federal government. Its work includes janitorial services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Omaha District, specialized window washing at Offutt Air Force Base, and custodial support for the Transportation Security Administration at Eppley Airfield, along with multi-year contracts at General Services Administration sites in Nebraska, Iowa and Arizona.

As a certified 8(a) small business, RTG competes for federal set-aside contracts, supporting the company's expanding government portfolio.
